Board of Directors
Set forth below are the present directors and executive officers and director nominees of the Company. There are no arrangements or understandings between any of the directors, director nominees, officers and other persons pursuant to which such person was selected as a director or an officer. Directors are elected to serve until the next annual general meeting of stockholders and until their successors have been elected and have qualified. Officers are appointed to serve until the meeting of the Board of Directors following the next annual meeting of stockholders and until their successors have been elected and qualified.

Dato’ Wong Weng Kung
Dato’ Wong, aged 38, has been our Chief Executive Officer and Director since 15 November 2010. In 2004, he founded one of the first m-commerce companies in Malaysia, Mobile Wallet Sdn. Bhd. (MWSB). He currently serves as its Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to founding MWSB, Dato’ Wong served as an Agency Unit Manager at MAA Insurance from April 2001 until November 2003. He was the Marketing Director of Spider Holding Sdn. Bhd., a company that distributes herbal products, from January 2000 until April 2001.

Dato’ Wong began his professional career in 1995 with Forever Living Products, a multi-level marketing company dealing in health products. He worked there for four years in positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of business development and marketing. Dato’ Wong obtained a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the National Central University of Taiwan in 1995. As our Chief Executive Officer, Dato’ Wong brings to our Board of Directors business leadership, corporate strategizing skills, entrepreneurial expertise and in-depth knowledge of our operations and history.

Dato’ Wong’s business expertise, boldness, vision and execution capabilities enable him to spur PGCG to new heights of success. He is the driving force behind PGCG’s bold ventures into the castor and palm oil industries as well as its visionary investments in the US and Malaysian property markets.In conjunction with the 80th Birthday of DYMM Sultan Pahang, he was conferred the honorable title of Darjah Indera Mahkota Pahang on 14 June 2011 in recognition of his contributions to the state of Pahang.

PGCG Chief Financial Officer and Directo
Mr. Teh has been our Chief Financial Officer and Director since 15 November 2010. He has more than 27 years of professional accounting and financial experience. In February 2008, Mr. Teh joined MW Group and he is currently its Financial Controller. MW Group is currently a dormant company. Prior to joining MW Group, Mr. Teh served as the Financial Controller of Ikhmas Jaya Sdn. Bhd. from February 1995 to January 2008. Ikhmas Jaya Sdn. Bhd. is a construction and civil engineering company.

From June 1993 until February 1995, Mr Teh was a Group Accountant at Mitrajaya Holding Bhd., a construction engineering company. Before joining Mitrajaya Holding Bhd., Mr. Teh was a Finance Manager at Vorwerk (M) Sdn. Bhd. from December 1992 until June 1993. Vorwerk (M) Sdn. Bhd. is the Malaysian subsidiary of Vorwerk International, which is a Germany-based distributor of household appliances. From March 1989 until December 1992, Mr Teh worked as an Accountant at Tasima Footwear Sdn. Bhd.

Mr. Teh graduated from Kolej Tunku Abdul Rahman Malaysia in 1983 with a Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting. Later, he attained a fellowship at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of United Kingdom. Mr. Teh has been a Chartered Accountant who is registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 1995. He brings to our Board of Directors business leadership, corporate strategizing skills and accounting as well as financial expertise.

Wong Sek Fong
Secretary and Director
Ms. Wong joined us as our Secretary and Director on 15 November 2010. She is also the Assistant Administration Manager of MWPAY Sdn. Bhd., the marketing and distribution arm of the Mobile Wallet Group. Prior to joining MWPAY, Ms. Wong served as a Personal Assistant at Bioworld Resource Sdn. Bhd. from September 2005 until April 2008. It is the multi-level marketing arm of the CEEBEE group of companies, which promotes health food.

From August 2000 to September 2005 , Ms. Wong was actively involved in Gerakan Belia Bersatu (GBBM), a youth movement and an NGO. She is a Central Committee Member of GBBM, and she represents Malaysia at the various conferences and events that take place in Malaysia and abroad. Ms. Wong received a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Biology from Kolej Tunku Abdul Rahman Malaysia in 2000.

Poh Chai Ham
Poh Chai Ham, 33, is a partner at Leong & Co., and specializes in contract and banking law. Poh Chai Ham joined Leong & Co. since December 2011. Prior to that time, Poh Chai Ham was in full time studying for his law degree. Poh Chai Ham received his L.L.B. law degree (with honors) from Multimedia University, Ayer Keroh Melaka in 2011. Upon graduation, Poh Chai Ham was undergoing training/chambering in Leong & Co. , Upon completion of his pupilage Poh Chai Ham was admitted as Advocates & Solicitors of High Court of Malayan in 2013. Thereafter he was promoted as partner in Leong & Co.. Poh Chai Ham brings to the Board of Directors legal insight and expertise in contract and banking law. Poh Chai Ham is not related to any of the company’s directors, officers or substantial shareholder.

In connection with Poh Chai Ham’s appointment to our Board of Directors, Poh Chai Ham executed a Director Retainer Agreement, which provides for a monthly compensation of RM 3,000 for his services, in addition to normal and customary indemnification, nondisclosure and confidentiality obligations, among other things. The foregoing description of the Director Retainer Agreement is qualified in its entirety by reference to the Director Retainer Agreement filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report and incorporated herein by reference.
