Mr. Chia Pek Lan
Mr. P.L. Chia, aged 38, a Malaysian citizen, who possesses Bsc. (Hons) Building Construction Management (Upper 2nd Class ranked No. 7) from Sheffield Hallam University, U.K. and Advanced Diploma in Building Technology from TARC College. He started his career in 1999 in the field of property development and has accumulated 14 years of property development experience.

Mr. P.L. Chia has started his career in 1999 with CRSC Property Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of the developer of Ampang Park, and has been exposed to residential apartments development, industrial factories development and residential houses development in the capacity of assisting role. He has then joined Siah Brothers Corp. Bhd. in 2001 and has successfully completed a few phases of mixed housing and commercial developments in Kuantan, Kota Kinabalu and Kuala Lumpur. He held the position of Project Manager in Siah Brothers Corp. Bhd. and has worked as the project leader and gained wide exposure in the aspects of design, planning, budgeting and costing, as well as the construction technicalities. He has successfully completed approximately RM500 million of revenue and delivered approximately RM100 million gross profit to the company during his tenure in Siah Brothers.

Mr. P.L. Chia has then joined Trinity Towers Sdn. Bhd. in 2004, a then start-up property developer, and has assembled the team to develop 300 units of apartments in Bukit Puchong. He has started the development from JV deal with the landowners, design inception, marketing planning and sales launching, and finalisation of the tender and award exercise. He has then joined Loh & Loh Development Sdn. Bhd. in 2005, a wholly owned subsidiary of Loh & Loh Corp. Bhd. and took a pioneering role to commence their synergistic diversification into the property development foray. He has planned, launched, and successfully completed the maiden high-end residential development in Taman Melawati, Hulu Kelang, named Riverview Kemensah which consists of 87 units of semi-detached homes and bungalows. He has then successfully launched the second development which is a 34-acre freehold high-end residential development consists of 180 units of semi-detached homes and bungalows named Idaman Hills Selayang.  He has also successfully launched the third high-end residential development in Sri Damansara which consists of 79 units of semi-detached, zero-lot and bungalow homes on landscaped deck named The Airie. All the developments have achieved overwhelming response and recorded brisk sales. He has successfully achieved sales revenue in excess of RM563 million and delivered approximately RM145 million to Loh & Loh Development Sdn. Bhd. during his 7 years tenure in the company.
